Gừng gọt vỏ, bào nhuyễn (lấy cả nước lẫn cái). Đường, siro bắp, gừng, nước và muối cho vào nồi hòa tan, bắc lên bếp nấu lửa nhỏ. Vừa nấu vừa khuấy cho đến khi nước đường có màu hơi vàng là tắt bếp (nấu khoảng 10-15 phút là chuẩn).

Đổ kẹo vào khuôn nhỏ silicon (hay trên miếng giấy chống dính bằng giấy dầu). Chờ kẹo nguội thì gỡ kẹo ra (nếu đổ trên giấy thì kẹo hơi nguội bạn dùng dao cắt miếng vuông nhỏ).

Kẹo cho và hũ bảo quản nơi thoáng mát hay ngăn mát tủ lạnh. Tránh để kẹo nơi có nhiệt độ cao hoặc ẩm thì sẽ dễ chảy và nhanh hỏng đấy!
