Khoai tây nướng sốt tỏi vừa thơm thơm nhưng vẫn giữ đậm nguyên vị bột khoai tây. Dù là món nướng nhưng vẫn rất hấp dẫn không hề ngán, nhờ có sốt tỏi đậm vị mà béo béo.
Khoai gọt vỏ và sửa sạch, cắt thành những thanh dài khoảng 1 ngón tay. Để vào một tô sạch, rồi cho vào 1 muỗng canh tiêu, 1 muỗng cà phê muối và 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, sau đó trộn đều.
Củ tỏi cắt bỏ phần đuôi. Đặt củ tỏi lên một miếng giấy bạc nướng, rồi cho 1 muỗng cà phê dầu lên phần thịt tỏi. Cuối cùng gói giấy bạc lại cho kín.
Đặt phần tỏi đã gói giấy bạc lên một cái khay cùng với phần khoai làm ở bước 1. Rải đều phần khoai lên mâm. Sau đó đem vào lò nướng, nướng ở 200 độ C trong vòng 25 phút đến khi mặt khoai đã vàng đều, thì cho ra dĩa.
Phần tỏi tháo giấy bạc ra, bóc vỏ tỏi và dùng muỗng làm nhuyễn phần thịt tỏi. Bắc một chảo dầu cho vào 1 viên bơ lạt, phần tỏi đã nghiền nhuyễn, 1/2 chén ngò tây băm nhuyễn, xào đều tay trong 3 phút thì tắt bếp.
Cuối cùng bạn chỉ cần rưới nước sốt tỏi lên phần khoai tây là bạn có thể dùng ngay. Chúc các bạn thành công!
