Pasta Alfredo có cách làm đơn giản, thành phẩm khá béo nhưng cũng rất ngon nha. Những ai là tín đồ của phô mai và kem sữa thì không nên bỏ qua món này đâu.
Tỏi bóc vỏ băm nhỏ. Mì Ý luộc với nước muối và ít dầu ăn theo hướng dẫn trên bao bì, sau đó xả mì với nước lạnh rồi để ráo. Đun nóng bơ trên chảo với lửa lớn rồi cho tỏi băm vào phi thơm trong khoảng 30 giây.
Trộn đều sữa tươi với heavy cream rồi cẩn thận trút vào chảo đun sôi. Sau khi hỗn hợp sôi, bạn vặn nhỏ vừa rồi cho phô mai cùng muối và tiêu vào. Tắt lửa, nhấc nồi ra ngoài rồi gắp mì Ý đã luộc vào trộn đều.
Cuối cùng bạn cho ít ngò tây hoặc ngò rí băm vào mì, trộn đều rồi gắp ra đĩa để thưởng thức. Pasta Alfredo thơm nhẹ, ngậy nhưng không quá béo, sốt sánh mịn, từng sợi mì óng ả, hấp dẫn vô cùng. Cách làm rất dễ, bạn có thể làm nhiều để cả gia đình mình cùng thưởng thức nhé.
