Chuẩn bị tất cả nguyên liệu. Rau cải bó xôi cắt bỏ gốc, rửa sạch, để ráo nước.
Đập 3 quả trứng vào chiếc bát, cho tí muối đánh đều cho tan, thêm sữa và khuấy trộn đều.
Chuẩn bị khuôn nướng, phết dầu ăn trên mặt và quanh thành khuôn. Tiếp theo, bạn đổ hỗn hợp trứng và sữa vào trong khuôn. Tiếp đến, đặt các lá rau cải bó xôi lên trên mặt trứng, thêm hành tây, ớt chuông thái hạt lựu và trên cùng là lớp xúc xích thái miếng tròn nhỏ.
Bật lò nướng, đem nướng ở nhiệt độ 180 độ C trong thời gian 20 phút. Tùy theo mỗi lò nướng khác nhau, bạn điều chỉnh nhiệt độ cho phù hợp. Khi thấy bề mặt trứng chín vàng là được. Lấy khuôn nướng ra và để nguội 20 phút trước khi ăn.
